Notes

2026

And that’s a wrap on a great week at #SPIEMedicalImaging! Thankful for meeting many wonderful researchers, sharing our work, and visiting Vancouver!

There were great talks all around at the 3-Minute Poster Competition at #SPIEMedicalImaging! Super excited to share our work on crossing white matter fibers and win 3rd place!

Just for fun, I put up 29 feet of wire on my ceiling - I had no idea how well it would work as an antenna. I’m catching #hamradio signals from Chile!

2025

I enjoyed presenting our work on phenotype discovery from large-scale traumatic brain injury MRI at the 2025 VISE Symposium this week here at Vanderbilt!

I am testing federating my notes and posts with Bridgy Fed. This note should appear directly on the Fediverse under @adamsaunders.net@web.brid.gy.

I think one of the funniest things I’ve done as a grad student is use adversarial attacks to fool an ImageNet classification model into thinking my dog Dolly is a burrito.

I’m testing out syndicating notes directly from my website to social media like Bluesky. Hopefully this works and any replies will appear on my site!

I should be set up so that notes syndicate from my site on Mastodon! Hopefully, replies and likes will also be sent to my site as webmentions.
